FAQs
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Colombia, Mexico, Panama and Chile. If your country is not listed you can email us and we might be able to make special accomodations to ship to you.
How does the order process work?
Once you place your order with us we will send you a confirmation email summarizing your order details and shipping address. You will later receive a shipment notification email with tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note updated tracking information may take up to 24 hours after shipment to update within the shipping carrier’s system.
How long until my order is delivered?
Depends on a couple of factors: when you ordered it, and the shipping method you selected.
Backorders can delay your order, however they almost never occur so you won’t have to worry about it.
Your order typically leaves our office in 2-3 business days. In order to get an estimate on when your package will arrive, consider the following shipping service options (these delivery estimates include the order processing time, thus representing a good estimate from the date of order until the date of delivery):
USPS Standard 4-9 business days (usually 7 days)
USPS Priority 3-6 business days (usually 4-5 days)
USPS Express 2-3 business days (usually 2 days).
Also, since we ship via USPS, Saturday delivery comes standard with all packages.
Cost for Shipping (4-9 days)
All Orders ship free anywhere within U.S.A. (Including AK, HI), no matter how many items.
Cost for Express Shipping (4-6 days)
Orders anywhere within U.S.A. (Including AK, HI), ship at $30.00 flat rate, no matter how many items.
Shipping for Canada:
All orders will be shipped through FEDEX or DHL.
Canada delivery times:
For in-stock orders: within 3-5 business days. You will receive it in 4-12 business days after that.
*Please note: Customs may delay your package. Also, there maybe customs duties or fees accessed to your package. This is out of our control and is imposed by your government.
Shipping for all other international destinations:
All orders will be shipped via FEDEX or DHL.
Cost for Expedited Shipping (10-16 days)
Is $40.00 flat rate. (No matter how many items.)
Cost for Express Shipping (6-10 days)
Is $65.00 flat rate. (No matter how many items.)
International delivery times:
For in-stock orders: within 3-5 business days. You will receive it in 10-12 business days after that.

How do I cancel or change my order?
We do our best to ship orders as quickly as we receive them. In general, orders cannot be cancelled once they are received. Not to worry: The option of returning your order once it has been delivered is always yours. If you would like to cancel, please call us at (305) 407-9977 Monday through Friday 3pm to 7pm (EST) or email us at sales@marthaduran.com and we will do our best to help you.
What happens if shipment has been returned to sender?
Once the package has been returned to us, we will send you an email letting you know. At that point you can make arrangements to have it shipped to an alternate address by getting in contact with us.
